Sending a direct link to a specific class

Scenario: A customer asks you to send them a link to a specific class, but when you share your store's link, it takes them to your general listings page instead of the class sign-up page.

You can copy the direct URL for any class from your listings dashboard and share it via email, text, or social media. The customer will land directly on the class sign-up page.

1. Sign in to your PlaceFull dashboard at my.placefull.com.

2. Click Manage, then Listings.

3. Find the class you want to share. You can scroll through the list, use Sort Listings, or type the class name in the Search field.

4. Make sure the class is on the Active tab. If it’s on the Inactive tab, click Publish first — unpublished classes do not have a public page.

5. Right-click the green class title and choose Copy link address (Chrome) or Copy Link (Safari, Firefox, or Edge).

6. Paste the link into your email, text message, or social post.

Before sending, you can paste the link into a private/incognito window to confirm it opens the right class.
