This topic describes two ways to create a gift certificate listing.
Option 1: Using a ticket or event listing

Create a listing. Refer to Creating a listing (general) for more
information.

2.
|
Click Manage and select Listings.
|
|
3.
|
On your Listings page, scroll down to the listing
and click Edit below the listing name.
|
|
4.
|
For Overview, it is recommended that you explain
that the listing is for a gift certificate.
|
|
5.
|
Click the green Edit button above the starting
price.
|
|
6.
|
Under General, specify the number of gift certificates
available in the Spots available per time slot.
|
|
7.
|
For Taxable Listing, select No.
|
|
8.
|
Under Pricing, select Custom.
|
|
9.
|
For Default Price Name, enter
Gift Certificate.
|
|
10.
|
Enter the Price for the gift certificate.
|
|
11.
|
Enter 1 for the Spots used for price.
|
|

Publish the listing. Refer to Publishing a listing for more information.

Option 2: Using a goods listing
|
1.

Click Manage and select Goods.
|
|
2.
|
On your Goods page, click
Create Good in the top right corner.
|
|
3.
|
Enter a Name such as
$20 Gift Certificate.
|
|
4.
|
Enter a short Description.
|
|
5.
|
(Optional) Click the green plus icon to
add a picture of the gift certificate. Do one of the following:

Click anywhere in the file upload box, select the file, and click
Open.

Click and drag the picture from your computer into the file upload
box.

|
Enter the Price for the gift certificate. The
Price should be the face value of the gift certificate.
|
|
8.
|
When you are ready to publish the listing, drag the
Publish slider to the right (to the on position).
