Adding same-day time slots to listings

For some types of listings (such as class, party, service, appointment, or venue), you may want to add multiple time slots on the same day(s). This is easy to do with PlaceFull.

Scenario: You've created a listing for a "Math Rocks!" class for kids that runs every Saturday for 5 weeks. When you created the listing, you entered the initial time slot as 9:00 am to 11:00 am. You want to add an afternoon time slot on the same days.

Click Manage and select Listings.

On your Listings page, scroll down to the listing and click Edit below the listing name.

Click the Edit button above the calendar.

The Pricing, Availability & Extras dialog displays.

Scroll down to the Availability section.

The initial listing availability is displayed.

Click Add Availability.

Under Edit Availability, select The Following Days and select Saturday, because you want to add availability on the same days as the initial listing.

Select the same Start and End date as the initial listing.

8.

Enter the Start and End time for the new afternoon time slot.

9.

Click Save.

The new time slot is added to the listing availability.

Note: Remember to click the gray Save button before you click the green Save button. If you do not click the gray Save button, the listing availability will not be updated.

10.

Click Save.

On the listing page, two time slots are now listed.
