For some types of listings (such as classes or camps), you may want to schedule the listing over several days, but you want to treat all of these days as one booking.
Scenario: You've created a listing for a "Guitar 101 for Teens" class that runs after school 1 day a week for 5 weeks. When you created the listing, you selected recurring class, selected the day of the week (Tuesday), and entered the time slot as 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. You also set the start and end date. You need to update the listing to indicate that it is a multi-day listing, and that all 5 classes should be included with each booking.
| 1. | Click Manage and select Listings. |
| 2. | On your Listings page, scroll down to the listing and click Edit below the listing name. |
| 3. | Click the Edit button above the calendar. |
The Pricing, Availability & Extras dialog displays.
| 4. | Scroll down to the Availability section. |
The initial listing availability is displayed.
| 5. | Click the initial listing availability. |
| 6. | Select Multi-Day. |
| 7. | Click Save. |
The listing is now flagged as a multi-day listing.
Note: Remember to click the gray Save button before you click the green Save button. If you do not click the gray Save button, the listing availability will not be updated.
| 8. | Click Save. |
On the listing page, the calendar shows all class dates in orange, because all 5 class dates are included in the multi-day booking. The available time slots are also listed.
