You can add a note to your bookings calendar. This can be useful if you want to notify store employees or customers about limitations or requirements for making bookings for specific dates or periods of time. By default, notes are only visible to store employees. However, you have the option to make notes visible to customers in the calendar view on your website.
| 1. | Click Calendar. |
| 2. | Click Week. |
| 3. | Use the navigation options to go to the applicable date. |
| 4. | Do one of the following: |

In the Calendar, click and drag to select a period of time, then select Add Note.

In the panel to the right of the calendar, click Add Note.
The Add a Note to Calendar dialog displays.
| 5. | (Optional) Select the Date and period of time where you want to add the note. |
| 6. | In the Notes text box, enter any notes about making bookings during the specified date or time. |
Use the formatting options to make specific words or phrases bold, italic, or underlined. You can also add lists and hyperlinks.
Note: Although there is no button for adding images, you can open an image in Paint, select and copy it, and then paste it into the Notes text box.
| 7. | (Optional) If you want to make the note visible to customers, select Show this note to any customers on my website calendar view. |
| 8. | (Optional) If you want to repeat the note over several days, select Repeating, enter the Start Date and End Date, and select the days of the week when you would like add the note. |
| 9. | Click Save. |
The note displays in the calendar for the selected date(s) and period of time. Notes have a yellow background in the bookings calendar. To edit an existing note, just click on the note in the calendar.
