You can use email campaigns to build your relationship with existing customers. For example, you might create an email campaign to let your customers know about newly scheduled classes or events, to promote holiday or seasonal sales, or to boost sales during slow periods with special promotions.
| 1. | Click SmartFull. |
| 2. | Click Manage Emails. |
| 3. | Click Create A New Campaign. |
| 4. | Do one of the following: |

Select one or more existing sending groups and click Next.
| 5. | Enter a Name for the email campaign. |
| 6. | Enter a Subject for the email. |
| 7. | Select when you want to send the email: |
Booking Specific: The email will be sent to anyone who has booked the listings associated with the sending group. This includes past and future-dated bookings. This option is not available for imported contacts.
Event Specific: The email will be sent to anyone who has booked a future-dated event associated with the sending group. Select whether you want to send the email before or after the event date, and then select how many days. This option is not available for imported contacts.
Manual: The email will be sent to anyone who has booked the listings associated with the sending group as well as any imported contacts. Select the date and time to send the email.
| 8. | (Optional) Select a template. |
The template includes images, formatting, and sample text. You can change or remove any element of the template.
| 9. | In the text box, type (or paste) the body of the email. |
Use the formatting options to change the font type, size, and color. You can also indent text and add hyperlinks, images, and tables.
| 10. | (Optional) Click Save as Draft to save a draft of the email that you can edit and send later. |
| 11. | (Optional) Click Preview to see a preview of the email. |
| 12. | Click Preview, then Send. |
| 13. | Review the preview and click Confirm & Send. |
