Sometimes you will need to email all customers who have booked a listing. For example, you may need to communicate changes for the booking, such as a different instructor for a class. Or, you might need to notify customers about other situations, such as parking restrictions due to construction or events.
| 1. | Click Manage and select Listings. |
| 2. | On your Listings page, scroll down to the listing and click Email below the listing name. |
| 3. | Type (or paste) your email message into the text box. |
Use the formatting options to make specific words or phrases bold, italic, or underlined. You can also add hyperlinks.
| 4. | Click Send. |
