Customers usually make bookings online by themselves. However, some customers
may phone the store or come into the store in person to make a booking. When
this happens, you can manually enter the customer's booking in PlaceFull.
If the customer only wants to make a single booking, the best way to do this
is by entering a booking on the Sales tab.
Note: A manual
booking entered through the Sales menu is identified as
a POS Booking in the booking calendar. POS stands for point-of-sale.
1.
Click Sales.

In the Listing section, click the listing the
customer wants to book.
If your store has a lot of listings, click the Search icon,
type all or part of the listing name, and click the listing.

The next available date and time are automatically selected (the
selected date has an orange background). Select the date and
time that the customer wants to book.

(Optional) In the Package section, select the
listing package the customer wants to book.
5.
(Optional) Select any Add-ons that the customer
wants to purchase.
6.
(Optional) Select any Resources for the booking.
7.
(Optional) Answer any Questions required for
the booking.
8.
Enter the required Customer information (Email
Address, Zip Code, Phone Number).
9.
Enter the required Payment information.
10.
Click Purchase.
11.
Click Done.
