A confirmation email is automatically sent to customers when they make a booking using PlaceFull. You can set up a custom welcome message for a listing that will display at the bottom of the confirmation email if a customer books that listing.
Note: The welcome message is different from the booking confirmation message. If a welcome message is set up for a listing, it is included at the bottom of the confirmation email that is sent when the customer books that listing. The booking confirmation message is included at the top of all confirmation emails, regardless of which listing was booked.
| 1. | Click Manage and select Listings. |
| 2. | On your Listings page, scroll down to the listing and click Welcome Message below the listing name. |
| 3. | Type (or paste) your welcome message into the text box. |
Use the formatting options to make specific words or phrases bold, italic, or underlined. You can also add hyperlinks.
