A confirmation email is automatically sent to customers when they make a booking using PlaceFull. You can set up a custom booking confirmation message that will display at the top of all confirmation emails.
Note: The booking confirmation message is different from the welcome message. The booking confirmation message is included at the top of all confirmation emails, regardless of which listing was booked. If a welcome message is set up for a listing, it is included at the bottom of the confirmation email that is sent when the customer books that listing.
| 1. | Click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner and select My Account. |
| 2. | Click Email. |
| 3. | Scroll down to the Booking Confirmation Message section. |
| 4. | Type (or paste) your booking confirmation message into the text box. |
Use the formatting options to make specific words or phrases bold, italic, or underlined. You can also add hyperlinks.
