Identifying PlaceFull transactions in bank statements

For merchants:

• Payout deposits from PlaceFull are identified as ProPay in your bank statements.
• Monthly subscription fees are charged to your credit card or collected via ACH. These transactions are identified as PlaceFull in your statements.

For customers:

• Booking charges from PlaceFull are identified as PP*[Your Company Name] on the customer's bank statements.
• Refunds issued to customers via the Refund button in PlaceFull are identified as PP*[Your Company Name] with note of a Credit or Refund.
• Your store’s phone number is also part of the line item description so that the customer can reach out to you directly with questions related to the charge if necessary.
