- Navigate to the Sales tab.
- Select the event that you would like to book/reserve for the customer.
- Select the date and time of the event.
- Depending on the type of event, fill out the necessary fields (# of people, booking questions, add-ons, etc.)
- Fill out customer information (email, zip code, phone #)
- For the payment type, select Credit Card.
- Plug in USB MAGTEK Card Reader. (Suggested card reader: MAGTEK® 21073145 Dynamag Card Reader)
- Swipe the credit or debit card. Every field should populate except for the CVV code. Notice that only the last 4 digits of the card number are visible. (See picture below)
- Manually enter the CVV code.
- Check that the total is accurate. Then, select Purchase on the right side.
