How to use a Card Reader with the Sales Tab in Placefull:
1. Navigate to the Sales tab.
2. Select the event that you would like to book/reserve for the customer.
3. Select the date and time of the event.
4. Depending on the type of event, fill out the necessary fields (# of people, booking questions, add-ons, etc.)
5. Fill out customer information (email, zip code, phone #)
6. For the payment type, select Credit Card.
7. Plug in USB MAGTEK Card Reader. (Suggested card reader: MAGTEK® 21073145 Dynamag Card Reader - see picture)
8. Swipe the credit or debit card. Every field should populate except for the CVV code. Notice that only the last 4 digits of the card number are visible. (See picture below)
9. Manually enter the CVV code.
10. Check that the total is accurate. Then, select Purchase on the right side.
