Easy Email Icon - The Easy Email icon on the right indicates an Easy Email shortcut access point. Check out the many places where the icon can be found below. You can send quick emails to individuals or to all booked customers depending on where you find the icon. | ![]() |
If you want to send an email to an individual customer who booked a specific event, access the Easy Email icon from:
The Dashboard Live Bookings Feed
The Dashboard Upcoming 3-Day Agenda
>OR
The Business Schedule Calendar tab on your dashboard
If you want to send an email to all customers who booked a specific event, access the Easy Email icon from:
The Listing View
OR
The Business Schedule Calendar on your dashboard

First, click on the booking
Click the envelope next to the customers name to email that customer.

First, click on the booking you would like to send a message to.
Click on the envelope next to the customers name.
