Save your Custom Reports to easily access them in the future with one simple click! The PlaceFull reporting system is fully customizable to make it easy to get the data you want, the way you want it.
How to Save a Report
Once your have created a Custom Report (learn how to do that here), click on the green Save a New View button in the top left menu. See Screenshot below.
Next, you will see an input box to enter a name for your custom report. Click the green Save View button. In the example to the right, I chose to save a Class List report with the date range of "Today" so that each day, I can easily pull this report to see who is coming to that listing.
To navigate back to your saved report, click the green drop-down arrow and click on the Report Name.
Once a report is Saved, you can easily Edit, Delete, or Reset it by using the green hyperlinks on the right.
What Data is Saved in a View?
- Column Ordering - Customize column order the way you want.
- Column Filtering - Easily turn columns on and off to just see the information you want.
- Column Sorting - Sort by the column you want, in the order you want.
- Page Length - Control the amount of records seen per page.
