Allows Easy Selection for Multiple Attendees
Discount Pricing for Groups (optional)
Drop down pricing is a great tool to use for listings where customers want to book an event for multiple attendees. For example, one may want to book a party, class, or workshop for 2 or more people!
How to Set Drop Down Pricing
1. Click the drop-down Manage tab from your PlaceFull dashboard and click Listings.
2. Locate and click Edit on the listing you would like to set drop down pricing for.
3. Click the green Edit bubble in the listing editor - located above the calendar.
4. Under the Pricing section in the pop-up window, select Per Person and fill out the required fields.
Price Description - This is the attendee description customers will see when selecting the number of people they want to book for the event.
Description Examples: Attendees, Painters, Campers, Bowlers, Adults, Kids, - the possibilities are endless.
Range of People - This is where you assign the minimum and maximum number of attendees for a listing.
Example: A party listing may allow a minimum of 8 kids and a maximum of 20 kids per party.
Add New Price Tier (optional) - This is where you can assign different prices for group discounts.
Example: If 1-5 attendees are $20 each and you want to give customers an incentive to make a reservation for a larger group, 6-15 attendees can be set at a group discount rate of $15 per attendee.
5. Click Save.
