How Transactions Appear on your Bank Statement

1. Payout deposits for bookings will appear as ProPay in your bank account. Any deposits that appear on your bank statements as ProPay are PlaceFull related transactions. 
2. Payment of your monthly subscription fee will be deducted via ACH or be charged to your credit card. These will include “PlaceFull” in the line item.

How Transactions Appear on customers Bank Statements

1. Customer's booking charges will appear as “PP*[Your Company Name]” on their bank statements. Your company’s phone number is also part of the line item description so that the customer can reach out to you directly with questions related to the charge if need be.
2. Refunds issued to your customers via the PlaceFull Refund button, will appear in the line item as – “PP*[Your Company Name]” – with note of a Credit or Refund.
