Email Sending Groups are used to send specific customer groups important informational emails or can even be used to send marketing campaigns.
For example, you could create a customer email group that includes every customers who has ever booked your kid's birthday party listing, and then create many different email campaigns to send to that group.

How to Create Email Sending Groups
1. Click SmartFull from your PlaceFull dashboard.
2. Click Sending Groups.
3. Click Create New Group - located at the bottom of the page.
4. Create a name for your new customer email group and fill out the required fields below.
Select either: Send to All Customers or Send to Some Customers.
Send to All Customers - The email group create will send an email to all of your customers who have ever placed a booking with your business.
Send to Some Customers - By selecting this option, you can create an email group made up of customers who have booked a specific listing or listings. (Multiple listings can be selected)
Import Customers - If you select the Send to Some Customers option, you will find the Import Customers button that you can click to import customer lists from a CSV file.
5. Click Save.
