The Booking Questions/Info section is where you can add important custom questions to the booking checkout process.
How to Add Booking Questions
1. Click the drop-down Manage tab from your PlaceFull dashboard and click Listings.
2. Click the green Add Booking Question/Info button.
3. Fill out the required booking question fields:
Question/Info: This is where the question is entered that you want to ask the customer.
Help Text: The help text is a pre-generated text field that provides the customer with an idea of how to answer the question.
Question Category (optional): This is field is optional but gives you the freedom to categorize your questions. If you have multiple different questions for different kinds of listings, you can categorize the question to stay more organized. (i.e. You can categorize your listing questions by Camps, Parties, Classes, etc.)
Is required? - (check box): Check the box if you want the question to be required by customers to answer during the booking process.
4. Click Save.
