The Welcome Message is a great tool to automatically send a custom message to your customers after they book an event. If you have any information that the customer should know for the event, or if you would just like to say hello and let them know you are excited that they booked your listing, the welcome message is the perfect way to do so.
The Welcome message is included towards the bottom of the booking confirmation email, and it is specific to each individual listing. Your customers will receive their confirmation email with the welcome message within 5 minutes after they place their booking.
How to Set your Welcome Message:
1. Click the drop-down Manage tab from your PlaceFull dashboard and click Listings.
2. Locate the listing you would like to create a welcome message for and click on Welcome Message
3. Type your customized message and click the green Save button when you are finished for your message to appear on your customers confirmation email for that listing.
