Cancelling and deleting a customer booking

PlaceFull's booking calendar makes it easy to cancel or delete a booking in just 4 easy steps! 

Deleting a single booking

1. From your Dashboard, click on Calendar from the upper menu. 
2. Click on the booking you would like to delete.
3. Click Delete at the bottom of the pop-up window.
4. Confirm that you want to cancel the booking by clicking the green Delete Booking button.

Deleting a booking for a time slot that has concurrent bookings

1. From your Dashboard, click on Calendar from the upper menu. 
2. Click on the booking time slot you would like to delete.
3. Click the "i" beside the customer's name to view their booking details. 
4. From the booking details window, click delete in the bottom left corner. 
5. Confirm that you want to cancel the booking by clicking the green Delete Booking button.
