If you need to reschedule an existing customer's booking to a new date and/or time, you can use your dashboard calendar to navigate to the Booking Details and accommodate customer requests and changes of plans. Below you will find instructions for changing a booking that is the only one in its time slot as well as changing a booking that has multiple bookings in its time slot.
Rescheduling a booking that is the only one in the time slot
- From your Dashboard, click on Calendar from the upper menu.
- Navigate to the booking that you would like to change, and click to edit.
- Use the drop downs to change the the date and/or time.
- Click Save Changes.

- From your Dashboard, click on Calendar from the upper menu.
- Navigate to the booking time slot of the customer request, and click to edit.
- Click the "i" beside the customers name to bring up their specific booking details.
- Use the drop downs to change the the date and/or time.
- Click Save Changes.
We understand that things come up! Sometimes the original booking date will not work out in the long run. Provided the customer gives you enough notice you can easily go in and move their booking to a new date and time.
